Subscription Agreement

Subscription terms for ReppyLoop Starter, ReppyLoop Growth, setup services, billing, and cancellation.

Monthly plan terms

ReppyLoop Starter and ReppyLoop Growth are monthly subscription plans. Billing is handled through Stripe and renews monthly until cancelled.

Starter and Growth access

  • Starter includes email follow-ups, review requests, customer return tracking, CSV import, click tracking, and monthly value reporting.
  • Growth includes Starter features plus SMS rebooking reminders, empty-slot texts, win-back texts, SMS opt-in/opt-out tracking, and up to 1,000 SMS/month.

SMS included limit and overages

Growth includes up to 1,000 SMS/month. Additional SMS usage may be billed separately if usage exceeds included limits.

Billing portal and failed payments

After checkout creates a Stripe customer, the billing portal may be used to manage payment methods, invoices, and cancellation. Failed payments may cause subscription access to become past due, unpaid, inactive, or otherwise limited.

Plan changes and cancellation

Plan changes may affect feature access and billing. Cancelling stops future renewal but does not automatically refund prior charges. SMS sending requires Growth, active or trialing billing, provider setup, and customer opt-in.

Setup services

The $199 one-time setup fee may cover onboarding, customer import, booking/review link setup, template preparation, and first-campaign readiness. Setup terms may vary for early pilot customers in writing.

Access and export after cancellation

After cancellation, ReppyLoop may limit paid features. Businesses should request export or deletion assistance by contacting support. ReppyLoop may retain records as needed for legal, security, billing, or operational purposes.

Beta and no revenue guarantee

Beta or pilot customers may receive custom onboarding, credits, or cancellation accommodations in writing. ReppyLoop does not guarantee bookings, repeat visits, revenue, positive reviews, or customer responses.
