What is ReppyLoop?

ReppyLoop is a follow-up and value-tracking tool for local service businesses. It helps owners know when customers are due back, send permitted follow-ups, request honest reviews, and track click and return activity.

Does ReppyLoop replace my booking system?

No. ReppyLoop can send customers to your existing booking link or collect a simple booking request. It is not full scheduling.

Does ReppyLoop send SMS?

SMS is available on ReppyLoop Growth when billing is active or trialing, Twilio is configured, the customer has a phone number, and the customer is opted in.

Can I import customers?

Yes. ReppyLoop supports CSV import with preview, validation, duplicate handling, name parsing, return-date calculation, and a Needs Review path for rows missing last visit dates.

What does estimated revenue influenced mean?

Estimated revenue influenced is unique rebooking link clickers multiplied by average service price and a conservative 50% estimate. It is not recorded return value.

Does ReppyLoop guarantee revenue?

No. ReppyLoop does not guarantee bookings, revenue, repeat visits, reviews, or customer responses.

How do SMS opt-outs work?

Customers can reply STOP to opt out. ReppyLoop records the opt-out and blocks future SMS to that customer.

How do I cancel?

Use the billing portal when available or contact support@thereppy.com. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund prior charges.
